This is the cleanest Taco Bell I've ever seen. The staff and manager are very friendly. The manager yells out a greeting to... everyone who comes thru the doors. Then she comes around to each table to make sure everything is ok. Can't believe I was in aTaco Bell. Read more
My husband and I are passing through and decided to stop by. My husband likes to order through the kiosk, it?s his personal... preference, the ladies behind the counter were incredibly rude and disrespectful about his decision and bad mouthing him loudlyfor it. When our order was to be called, one of the women made it clear to say ?You call it out, I don?t wanna deal with it.? Weweren?t given a cup and our food was wrong. Big surprise. I?ve worked fast food, I?ve ran my own businesses, and their behaviorand responses are incredibly inappropriate. Don?t get a customer service job if you?re going to treat customers like garbageright when they walk in, why they haven?t been fired is a mystery to me. Our family stopped here while traveling. Our order was incomplete and beans were on outside of wrappers and got on everything in... sack. We had to go back through drive through and woman on intercom was rude and insisted we weren?t missing 2 items and justone and we had to repeat that we were in fact missing 2 items.
