Was treated very badly, a manager named "Leslie" would not let me and my aunt enter with my service dog. She was very rude and... when I asked for the corporate number she had me waiting and acted "dumb" in the back that I just decided to leave. I'm veryupset that I was discriminated for being disabled and not allowed to have my service dog which is very essential for me to haveat all times. Read more
I ordered on their BK APP and got an offer for a Double Whopper meal. The order was filled quickly and respectfully. The food... was warm and tasty. The restaurant was really clean; didn't use the RR, instead I used their sanitizing gel. Plenty available.Their soda station was down but a Crowner staff quickly refilled my drink when asked. I'm impressed how updated this BK is asfar as decor. Tables & chairs are lite but strong, benches were wide and comfortable, and the TV actually has movies playing.Additionally, the staff provided additional coupons for new breakfast items: Cheesy Breakfast Melts. Taking into consideration that it's a fast food restaurant I understand customer service may not be the best, but food was cold... and horrible. How cold you ask? Well cold enough where the cheese on my burger hadn't melted, and the bacon seemed to be takenout of the fridge and slapped on the burger. No fries were added to my combo and no ice in my drink. Two employees running the whole place. Three if you count drive thru. No courtesy, fake pleasantries, no communication to the... customer about any thing. Served me a cup of coffee I could see the bottom of the cup. Didn't tell me I had to wait for a newpot, just left me standing there with no explanation. The playground is closed but a party ignored the SIGN ON THE DOOR and senta 5 year old in. Took 20 minutes for an employee to remind the parents how to take care of children (potential carriers).
