I ordered from here on Friday night. I finalized my order and saw that it would be from 119-129 mins for delivery. I immediately... called and canceled my order and changed it for pick up. I wanted to also know if I could pair a pizza with a padia. I asked theperson that answered the phone how that worked and she said "I don't know." I had tried to order it online and I ended up with 2pizzas and 2 padias. So when I called, I changed my order to a meat lovers lg,and a padia. When I picked my order up and gothome, I realized there was no receipt and I had been charged the original price that was online. This $41 included delivery andtip. I didn't not get an updated amount after changing my order. I have tried to call the store since Friday night. And I haveyet to speak to anyone. Crust is too thick. Not enough pepperoni. Go to Pizza Inn for the best pizza. Don't eat off of the buffet. Order an individual... pizza. It will be fresher. Read more
Watching college football we saw a commercial for the new Papa John's bowls... Look good... Sounded good. Made an order with... bread sticks no jalapeno poppers. Delivery was to be at least an hour which was not a problem. When the order arrivedbreadsticks were hot and good, jalapeno poppers were hot and good also. When we opened the chicken alfredo bowl... There wasabout 6 oz of food on the bottom of the bowl. All the seals on the food were intact so this is something that was created in theprep area at the restaurant. We called the manager in which he was going to resend the order for the chicken alfredo bowl. Anhour past and no chicken bowl... We contacted the store manager again to which he said it would probably be at least anotherhalf an hour or more. When it finally arrived there was only enough food that covered the bottom of the bowl barely. If this ishow the bowls are going to be made then they need to rework their advertising on the commercials. Definitely not Happy with theservice or the food. I mean who wants to wait two and a half hours for food. I did reach out to corporate via email. Won't beback. Definitely letting everybody know how horrible the service was along with the overpriced Papa John's bowl. Read more
Our business orders from this place all the time and what?s upsetting is today, right now this delivery girl just left our food... on the ground are ringing our doorbell which was answered in 30 seconds. This girl was was so sort with an interaction anddidn?t care why I had asked why our food was just sitting on the ground. Absolutely disrespectful. Read more
