This is hands-down the best Indian food I have had in my travels around the entire country. It looks like a tiny little hole in... the wall when you walk in but the staff are incredibly friendly, the owners are amazing people, and the food is seriously thebest. Such a unique assortment of flavors, so varied and delicious. I am a huge fan of Indian food and I cannot say enough abouthow much I enjoyed this particular restaurant. TL;DR It was a great experience and the food was delicious. Ate here for the first time for lunch today. Fantastic spicing and... had a heat level system of 1-10. I had the lunch serving of Chicken Masala, heat level 8. It had a wonderful, thick sauce andthe chicken was tender. Heat was enough to make my nose run, just like I enjoy :3 the staff was incredibly friendly andwelcoming. They did an amazing job keeping our waters filled. Best Indian food! They let you pick the spice level, which is great for those who love Indian but can?t handle too much spice. ... I picked a 2, which was comparable to Trader Joe?s Indian food spice level. (This is much tastier than TJ, of course). Manythings on the menu are identified as gluten free, including the complimentary lentil chips. The owners are very friendly and Itis quite affordable, too. Read more
A nice little small spot in the small town of Brunswick.. looks and feels nice and comfy. Good Food, but with a twist, Dal... Makhani is usually made from black lentils, they make it using yellow lentils. They've mentioned that on the menu, but as aregular consumer of Indian food, it was pretty unusual. Bhindi Masala was good too, but again not the typical Indian taste butvery very close to it. Tandoori Roti was the Bomb, loved it.
