As a person who is on hospice and has to carefully choose her meals, last nights experience was a train wreck. I?ve been in F& B... in restaurants since the 80?s, and I don?t post negative reviews but this is one I had to address. We ordered 2 chicken pot piesfor take out last night and this is what my husband was served, cold I might add for $35. We were told it was essentially thesame thing. Biscuits, mashed potatoes, noodles. $35., what?? No options offered, instead of saying I?m sorry we are out of potpies here are other options here is what we were served. Unacceptable, there?s a point in being busy and a point of just downright not caring about the consumer. I simply was hoping for a healthy, warm dinner with protein. Shame on you bob evans forattempting to pass this off as acceptable. Being busy is not an excuse. You never know why someone may need to order out,sometimes simply for dinner convenience, sometimes for something more serious like what I?m experiencing. I took my mother in law here for dinner on October 25. I thought that the young lady who seated us could have been friendlier,... she didn't smile at all. But other than that, it was great. Natalie, our waitress, was awesome. Very friendly and personable,and she backed that up with great service. We need more people like her in this world. The food was great also. Thank you. Read more
Worse experience ever. After being told the wait time was 20 min. And waiting 30 min. We were were told it would be longer. ... FIVE parties had just paid their bill and we could see at least a half dozen empty tables.. The hostess just said sorry anddidn't seem to care that we, along with three other parties walked out. The ones arriving after us were told the wait was 45min to an hour. Do they left as well. Very poor and uncaring customer service. Read more

Ordered the hot family dinner for delivery the day after Thanksgiving. Not very good. The biscuits tasted like they were at... least a day old. They were hard and crumbled apart. The ham and turkey were both hard and dry. I believe we probably receivedday old, at least, food. Very surprised at lack of quality. Over $100 spent, all in, and won't do it again. Read more
