I wish there was an option for less then one star. My husband and I went through the drive thru and order 2 famous bowels... we... had to pull forward and waited half an hour for the food. When our food was finally brought out the excuse was they turned offthe fryer.. we order at exactly 9pm time stamped on our receipt and they close at 10pm. Decided to give them one more try! Major fail. Went to drivethru. After spitting out the order, we were asked to wait. She... came back and said she was ready. When asked if she caught the order, nope. Asked for two orders of the $5 fill up chickenbreast. Oh, we don't have that ...only the chicken breast and wing. She was rude and never apologized. We said forget it! Whyadvertise the 8 oz breast if you no longer have it? My prior visit was a disaster and the breast and wing was undercooked aswell as the biscuits. Gross. Won't go back. Read more
Horrible! There was only one person in line and I had to wait 20 min. The person didn't even have a large order. It took another... 10 min. to get my order (12 Piece Meal). When I got home I noticed all the side containers were broken. I would have just calledthe store to take care of the issues but the the person who took care of me was the GM. Do Not Go To this KFC!
