Hamburger was alright not nearly as big as I thought it would be the number 5. I don't know what they cooked the fries in but... they had a sweet flavor to them and the coke machine was down had to go over to loves for your drink which was ok cause itwasn't just coke products. Read more
The service is quick and efficient, with friendly faces, however there is a big problem with flies. I understand there can be... difficulty managing these pesky creatures. However they are landing on the fry containers waiting to be used, etc. As knowncarriers of bacteria, this restaurant could be facing bigger issues the longer it goes without resolution and could make thingsworse. I was going to eat inside but this place is infested with flies. There had to be at least 50 of them. If you are thinking of... eating here definitely use the drive thru if you don’t want to be constantly trying to get the flies off of you and your food. Read more
Very poor experience here. First the doors were locked at 8am during business hours. I asked the loves employees if there was a... reason they weren't open. Turns out there were 5 employees working in the restaurant they just had the doors locked, I guessthey didn't feel like working. Ordered my food and u noticed one of the items I ordered was already sitting under the heat lampsbefore I came in. Who knows how long it had been there, as a truck driver I can't afford to get sick when it's hard to findbathrooms nowadays at customers, this was also my only meal I would be able to have for they day. I clarified with vikki that Iwanted everything fresh. She was very rude from the start and when they gave me my burrito fresh it was literally cold like ithad been in a fridge pre-made. I asked why and she ignored me, no response she just took it and threw it 6 feet into a trashcan. Then I asked for a refund, no response again she just went back to the register and according to my bank account shecharged me again. I went back in after seeing this and she was again unhelpful I got tired of dealing with her and just left. Iknow she didn't make the food but I wasn't rude and she offered no explanation or apologies. You would think 9 dollars for aburrito would at least warrant an attempt at microwaving it for 30 seconds. Read more
