I wish I would have read the reviews before eating here. This Taco Bell is the worst Taco Bell in the state of Texas. The staff... is very unprofessional and an Item was missing from my order I tried calling but the line is busy. What a place to do businesswith and It?s starts with the manager for hiring these incompetent employees. I will be filing a complaint with corporate andwill be requesting my money back for the item I did not receive. The young lady with the purple hair should be terminated she isvery unprofessional.. update 11:07 pm I drove back up there to get my missing Item the young man was very nice and professionalbut the young lady was very rude and unprofessional again and gets back on her phone. Taco Bell is awesome. Really, do I need to put any more than that? In this day and age where everyone seems to be trying to... squeeze as much money out of you as possible, you can still get a decent amount of food for a marginal amount of money. I don?twanna spend 10 bucks for food that I?m going to regret, and Taco Bell aims to please. If I?m going to have guilt about the foodI?m eating, I?d rather it at least be cheap. Read more
Showed up at 7:30 and sat in the drive through for 5 minutes before the lady that took out the trashed told me they don?t open... until 8:30. I responded saying the y?all open at 7am and she told me ?well we opened late.? I don?t have any issues with herbecause she was polite and at least she told me they weren?t completely opened. Showing up on time is the most important thinkfor an employee to maintain. I would look into management to see how much money is being lost from late starts since I bet thisisn?t the first time.
