Today, I went to this KFC and ordered a number 1 (one), which consisted of a leg and a thigh. I requested a side of cole slaw,... and an extra side of green beans. When I arrived at the window to pay for and receive my order, I was told they were out ofthighs, and would I accept a wing in its place. Well accepted the substitution, reluctantly. When I arrived home, I found thatmy the chicken was not fresh; appeared to have been warmed over. To top it, I received mashed potatoes instead of cole slaw. Is this KFC going out of business?
