Pin Wei has been our go to Chinese food restaurant for years. Their food is delicious, well priced and always comes in good... portions. Their customer service is fantastic too. They’re always friendly when we pick up food and I don’t think theirdelivery has ever arrived past 30 min of pressing submit. They’re also just really good people. We ordered delivery last nightand they arrived when I was carrying my sleeping infant son. Recognizing I had my hands full, the delivery man worked with me toquietly get a hold of the food and gently shut the door for me after giving a wave and a smile. Because of my allergy, I asked for no MSG added. When I went to pick it up, the young lady behind the register explained in a... pleasant manner how they substituted MSG addition in each dish, and was I all right in them doing so. I was impressed with thecare they took for each dish, and how the restaurant is teaching their youth how to communicate their sincerity in preparingeach dish. Food was excellent, with no MSG added. The twice cooked pork is fire, the general tso’s tofu is fire, the dumplings in chili oil is FIRE, the black bean chicken is... pretty good. Nice little takeaway place. The szechuan menu is amazing, better than the americanized menu (which is still verygood).
