Burgers were ok, but Tenders and fries tasted like nasty old frier grease! BLT had barely any bacon that tasted like fake bacon,... One tiny piece of lettuce and one hard tomato slice! Need I say more. Do better for $65 + tip!! Read more
I placed a pick up order here this weekend. one of the three entrees was a build your own slam and they got 2 out of the 4 items... that I selected wrong. I called to let them know and the calls kept going to an answering machine that asked to press 1 to placean order and press 2 for anything else. If you press 2, it just cycles you to the beginning of the message. I tried a couplemore times but was unable to reach anyone. I understand that people make mistakes but what I find unacceptable is having no wayfor customers to get resolution when a problem occurs. Read more
They are getting the 1 star for how clean they are.. we usually go to cracker barrel but we wanted something different and so we... went to Denny's i went to order a bowl of soup and got told no we don't ever have soup... umm it's on your menu like what?? Okayso I moved on and we ordered an appetizer and our food.. well an hour later it all came out together, my medium eggs were sofried the yolk was hard boiled, the cook staff was thinking the family restaurant was a night club with their play list rap notappropriate music, they need an actual adult manager not a group of teenagers running the place. It?s a denny?s what do you expect Manager not helping the server, he looks pretty annoyed. When we enter the establishment it... look to be no one in site not even for the five minutes I stood there waiting to be seated once someone show up it was quick tobe seated and we order our drinks (oh quick mention our server Ella was great she was really nice and really respectful haven?thad a server like that in quite a while) Anyways food Took a while to get here around like 10 to 20 minutes wasn?t great norbad.
