It's a cheap pizza place but could definitely improve customer service.
Staff was busy,yet very friendly. Definitely could use some change. Pizza was made fresh and was hot and looked great. Tasted... awesome! This was our first pizza from Bucyrus and it was perfect! Great job to the staff. Read more
Waited an inordinate amount of time the last time I was there for a pizza that is normally ready in the warmer. When I did get... the pizza home, they hadn't even cut it...who does that? Have not been back since. They were either slammed or short ofpersonnel or both. And the poor attitude of staff really shows. Oh, and don't expect any type of compensation for yourinconvenience. Before I rate this, little caesars is cheap pizza?I didnt expect much but I need to lower my expectations to less than zero if I... ever want to eat at the Bucyrus location again. The online app has been down for months so you can only call but when I walkedin, with my phone calling them for 20 minutes, no one would answer it. I had to wait forever for someone to come up front totake my order and when I got it, the dough was underdone as if it only went through the oven halfway. The employees looked likethey were homeless and the store looked like a scene out of kitchen nightmares. Before anyone can say maybe they were busy?.noit was about 3 on a weekday and the employees were socializing while doing prep. They looked right at me without acknowledgingthat i was there until they were done with their conversation. I was GM for a pizza restaurant for 23 years and this was barnone the worst run pizza restaurant I have ever seen. Read more
