The reviews about the customer service experience are spot on. The lady at the window is unwelcoming and seems bothered taking... orders. Don?t expect to be greeted, thanked for your business or even smiled at by her, literally just take your food and getout is the vibe. The food is personally not worth putting up with the experience. The food is great but the customer service is poor. The woman at the window doesn?t say a word to you and just hands out the... order and closes the window. Their website actually adds a 10% tip automatically and you have to change it yourself if you don?twant to include tip or if you?d like to tip more. I tip because I think it?s important to do so at hard working local businessesbut it rubs me the wrong way when I tip and I don?t even get greeted or thanked. Tried this food truck for the first time. My breakfast taco will filled and delicious. My husband's fajita taco tasted great but... very skimpy. Although we would love to go back the attitude of all the workers was a complete turn off. From ordering toreceiving our order and asking for napkins... we felt as if we we're a huge bother to them.
