No veggies for 3rd week in a row. What's up with that no cabbage or broccoli. Rice hard n black pepper chicken very old!
Just spent almost 40$ for 2 orders of beef and broccoli and a mushroom chicken. The large and small beef broccoli consisted of 5... pieces of beef accumulative. They were out of veggies, white rice and brown rice. I had to wait 15 minutes for my beef andbroccoli which included no beef. Will never return. Read more
I hope I was the only one that got sick from their orange chicken yesterday. You can tell they tried to cover the old chicken... with the sauce. I thought maybe it was burnt a little bit, or they had it under the lamps a little to long. Either way I knew Ishould of taken it back. The staff is extremely rude & unprofessional. The menu is incorrectly displayed and when asking if the menu item is available... the clerk at the drive thru was apparently annoyed at the question. When I arrived at the checkout window the staff taking mypayment kept giving me annoyed expressions and as soon as the order was ready, and I wish I was lying; the clerk at the windowlegit said ?here? and almost slammed the window shut before even asking if I needed anything else or saying ?have a great night?at the very least?. I was trying to ask for soy sauce and orange sauce and she slammed the window back open? I thank her forwhat she handed me and wanted be sure the other sauce I requested was available. The clerk mumbled ?it?s in the bag?? and rolledher eyes and tried to shut the door again.. I was not sure if she?s just having a bad day or what but, word to your corporatemanager: ? customer service will go very very far? No wonder this place has so many 1-3 star reviews. Completely out of two of their menu items at 6:00pm, Bathrooms were closed, took 15 minutes to make one of their items, and... refused to make the other. On top of that they got our order wrong. Then they refused to offer a refund after telling us wewould need to wait other 10 minutes. Saying they have a "no refund policy". So, we ended up having to wait over 30 minutesbefore we could get our food and leave. This was absolutely terrible experience. Food was fine though. Silver linings, I guess. Read more
