Proof has a great selection of spirits, beer, and wine and always has my favorites in stock, as well as rotating in new items to... branch out and try. The sandwiches are great and I appreciate the Veggie options. The caprese salad is also a nice addition tolunch. Service is helpful and friendly, store is always clean.
