Bagels are nice and big and have great texture. This is what you expect in a NJ bagel, however, their bagels always lack salt,... which is imperative for delicious bread products. My husband doesn't eat cream cheese so he gets a bagel with butter. Hesuspects that even the butter is unsalted. I dont get it. So we usually go elsewhere for our bagels. Bummer because the saltissue is an easy fix and they seem to do everything else right. Read more
