Every time I go to this Dunkin it?s the absolute worst. Today topped it when I ordered a chai latte and avocado toast. What I... actually got was milk with a little chai flavoring in it, and soggy bread, not even a little bit toasted, with some avocado onit. Read more
I thought the DD by me was bad! Boy was I wrong. THIS DD wins by a landslide! Staff was not attentive at all. He just stood... there, staring, not saying a word. Ridiculous wait for 2 drinks and a couple of donuts. Originally wanted good but was told theycouldn't do food. If you are considering stopping as you're passing through this town, don't. I do not know who owns this Dunkin? Donuts but the service there is horrible and if you are aware of it you should be ashamed... of your self. I?ve been going to this Dunkin Donuts for years and the service was never as bad as it?s been these past coupleyears, if they?re a few cars in the drive thru you will be sitting there for at least 10 minutes or more, you sit at themicrophone for a few minutes before they even come on to take your order, If you order food they always ask you to pull aroundthe front and they will bring your food out so now you have to wait a few more minutes to get your food, I thought the drivethru was made for faster service not to be waiting a long period of time. When people come to there early morning hours 95% ofthem are headed to work so they do not have time to be waiting a long time to get service. There really need have some betterstructure at this Dunkin Donuts and the owner really needs to step up and make the service better for the costumers. Read more
Been to this Dunkin handful of times and every time my order hasn?t been correctly made. Tired of having to get out of the drive... thru park into a spot and wait for the wrong sandwiches to have been made for me. A Charlie cold foam cold brew has no cream orsugar in picture attached you can see the sugar laying in bottom and coffee is very light colored showing they put cream.
