Excellent ramen! The broth is not too heavy or oily so you can eat more without feeling full as fast. It?s light, creamy, and... full of flavor. The chashu truly melts in your mouth with a savory but not overbearing pork flavor. I haven?t been to anotherramen place with this many options of what you can add!
