Dry, tasteless (cardboard like) meat the 1st time I ate here but their onion rings were good so I gave them a 2nd chance.... Unfortunately, Mary shift leader at 7 pm today acted arrogantly like a (chola) gangster with zero customer service or leadershipdemeanor. All I asked was for the meat to be cooked with the grilled onions under it for flavor but she refused. She stated, wedo not do that and the way we do things is the way we do things. I was ready to walk out when Jorge, the assistant manager,asked what the problem was and when he found out, he said that it can be done and showed me that that was what the cook wasdoing on the flatgrill! Mary frowned at him then talked to him in Spanish then looked at me arrogantly and was going to continuemaltreating me when Jorge stopped her and said he will cook my burger himself to make sure it has flavor! I had the Impossible Burger and it was delish! I cannot tell the difference between that and beef. They also had sweet potato... fries, which is perfect for me. Place was clean, good counter service. If I was ever in that neighborhood again, If definitelywould consider their food. Read more
