We stopped in Buena Vista on our way to Ouray. The aroma of Crave led me to investigate if they had gluten free pizza. I had... originally planned to stop at another restaurant and I am glad I changed my mind. I had the Pig and Fig pizza on a gluten freecrust. It is cooked in a wood fire oven on its own tray so there is no risk of contamination from the oven. I really enjoyed thecombination of sweet and salty. The crust was well cooked and not crumbly. My husband had the Bee Sting on Sourdough crust. Hesaid it was as good as pizza we would get back in Chicago! The portion size was perfect for us and they use high qualityingredients. Read more
Good, but not exceptional. I had the fig and pig pizza and a side Caesar salad. My son had the BBQ pizza and the Caprese... salad. My Caesar salad was under-dressed; a bit more dressing would have been helpful. My pizza was overly cheesy for my tasteand didn't have the punches of flavor that I was hoping for. This pizza was awesome. We got the demon and the bee sting and both were excellent. My buddy got the gluten free crust and it... was pretty solid too! It seems a little pricey but the pizzas are pretty big for one person. Definitely worth it. Read more
Surprisingly good food!! The NM seasonal pizza was amazing! The antipasto salad was fantastic and the potato and parm bisque... was flavorful. The interior decor was clean and modern. The music volume could've been lower, yet happy hour prices made upthe difference. All-in-all, we had an awesome meal! Read more

A new favorite place for carry-out when we're in the area! We've vacationed in BV for years. We look forward to hiking in... Collegiate Peaks and tolerate the food options for vegetarians. Wow, that has changed now! This food is delicious! We weren'tinterested in pizza this time. My husband chose the vegetarian lasagna rollatini. I wanted something a little less heavy, sochose the bowl of potato parmesan soup + half (power) salad. Everything was fabulous - hearty and healthy! We will definitelybe back when we return to BV!
