Everything was delicious especially the brisket and pulled pork bbq. Staff is friendly as well.
The lady taking orders was rude never smiled. The lady back in the kitchen should have been out front. She was bubbly,friendly... and interacted with the customers. The heat was where you waited to place your order and it was blasting on a hot day. Everyonein line was complaining. The food was excellent. BBQ WAS delicious and so was the chicken sandwich. Fryers were down when I visited. I guess it saved me $8. Menu said sandwich has 4 oz. of pork, platter 8 oz. My sandwich had at... least 6 or 7 oz. of meat. On the down side, like many places these days, all the fat was trimmed out, leaving it a little dryand not as flavorful as it could be. Still, very good. Read more
We LOVED JJ?s! We got our food to go to eat in a nearby park and it was just what we needed! The pig pen was amazing- we got it... with everything on it and we added coleslaw. The hush puppies with the honey butter are worth a trip to Buena Vistathemselves! Stop here!! You will be so happy you did! Read more
