Come on Jim's!!! I'm being generous right now by giving you 3 stars! I love your food and it's been a while since I had it since... I now live in California. I'm born and raised in Buffalo and have known the chicken finger sub for as long as I can remember.Tonight's order would have been perfect if not for a footlong piece of female hair in my Jim's Bleu! Luckily I caught it beforeI took a bite. Now....I could've not finished it and brought the sub back but with kids and dogs in the house and a hungry group- I was hungry and so I removed the hair and ate the sub. My wife wanted to call it in and go through all that but I told herthat I don't trust that just from past experiences. I've learned that not everyone is trustworthy and if you complain about foodat a restaurant.....Yea... Maybe that next serving may have something special waiting for complaining...it sounds nasty but it'sreal! Anyways, the sub was delicious, hot and fresh. Next time, please hold the hair! Thanks. My stinger was made wrong. The cheese is skimpy, steak and chicken fingers are dry. The chicken fingers seem not so fresh with... skimpy sauce and why are they chopped... banana peppers that I paid for are missing... completely disappointed.
