How on earth has corporate not came in and cleaned house? This place is the absolute worst. They are always out of things,... especially highly ordered products. Apparently, corporate knows nothing about this and their apps thinks most everything isavailable. Then you?ll go get your food and there is nothing in there you ordered. Soda syrups are not changed often, so beready for some soda water. The employees and management need to change before this location is permanent closed. Very disappointed in my experience last night. After 3 employees walked by a 4th informed me I had to order on the kiosk and... then return to the counter to give them cash. Fine. But get my order right, I paid for extra meat on my cruch wrap and to addmeat to a burrito and didn't get either. Read more
Placed an order online to be picked up at a certain time through their app. The order was going to be picked up about an hour... after I placed the order through the app. Not 2 minutes after placing said order, I received a notification that my order wasready to be picked up. So basically my order sat for a good hour before I picked it up. Unfortunately the employees here seembrain dead. Never again will I go here! I ordered on the app thinking it would be quick and I can go there and pick up. But nope! Not only... did I have to wait 5+ minutes to even be acknowledged but then it took another 20 minutes (I didn't have a big order either). Tomake matters worse the order was wrong but didn't feel like spending another 25-30 minutes to wait for them to fix it. But thenas my son and I were eating he mentioned it didn't taste right.
