Just showed up this morning 10/4/22 to get breakfast and the lady was so rude and mean. Started cussing me because I asked for... breakfast, I didn?t know I was 30 minutes early. I will never eat here again if this is the type of people you want to hire. Read more
Asked for a simple burrito, beans and cheese no onions or red sauce with Sour Scream, Nacho Cheese and Easy beans. What do I... get? Only the beans, cheese and not even easy on the beans. The workers need to pay attention better. I know it's a truck stopand there are rude people, but even such a simple order shouldn't have been messed up. Read more
I will never ever go to this location again! I only gave one star because i couldn?t give them zero. I went through the drive... thru and the cashier acted like she didn?t want to take the order or hated her job. If that?s the case she shouldn?t be there. As a traveling nurse that?s the last thing I want to encounter when trying to get food. Then when I get to the window I triedusing Apple Pay and she tells me she will take it inside but not at the window. I don?t understand the difference every TacoBell I have visited has had no issue at all taking it. It can?t be the excuse not to touch my phone because of Covid because shetouching my card if I had used one. Then yells for them to cancel my order because I didn?t want to have to come inside I?m in ahurry I don?t have time to get out and wait. She couldn?t even tell me why she couldn?t take it at the window. She definitelydoesn?t need a job in customer service if her attitude is that bad. Read more

This location won't let you order through the app, and then when we get there, they apparently "don't accept gift cards". This... was a taco bell gift card we got earlier that day. I get that it's possible they just don't have the system for this and theemployee was being honest, (she did not explain further or offer an apology for the inconvenience other than repeating "we don'taccept gift cards."), but if gift cards can't be accepted, the location should put up a sign or something on the pinpads, orenable mobile ordering so customers have some way to use their gift cards.
