Horrible service. Ordered a pizza, went to go pick it up and they lost the order. Then was told they could make it but it would... be another hour. The cook told me 3 times to just go home and turn the oven on and was very rude. Read more
September 4, 2021 7pm at first I was disappointed they were out of chicken but our breadsticks and Supreme pizza were very good.... There was only one man in the kitchen working and he was very busybut everything was hot and ready when I got there. Read more

We ordered a large supreme pizza online and we went to pick it up. Brought the pizza home and it had no sauce on it at all. I... called the store and let them know. The young man said that we would receive a free replacement and just to call the store toorder it. 5 days later I called to get our replacement pizza. I gave the employee my name and explained the situation. Hisresponse was "there is no free pizza for you here." I still had the unsauced pizza in the refrigerator. I asked if he wouldlike me to bring it back to show him. His response was that "you can but you will still not get a free pizza." He was so rudeand irate. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that they do not have a manager working. I will never spend another dimeat Casey's again. To put it simply the Buffalo Center Iowa Casey's sucks. Read more
