Stop putting cheese into meals I didn't ask for without asking me if I want it. I ordered double whopper. I didn't ask for... cheese. It doesn't come with cheese. I ordered off the app, once there was told they're out of the chicken sandwich and the wonderful woman at the window offered a... replacement, which we accepted. She then came and told us the manager said no to the replacement and we can always cancel theentire order. They did agree to give us nuggets to which they were out of the choices we wanted. Got home to realize they didn'tgive us the fries we paid for. One of the worst experiences at a fast food place due to the manager who obviously has nocustomer service experience. Read more
I've always been a fan of Burger King and this location is no different. It's conveniently placed and the staff seems to be... decently experienced and fast. They got my order corrected. The shopping center this BK is in is being demolished and rebuilt. That is no BK's fault but it does mean getting to the drive... through is hard. When I placed my oder I received a lackluster 'OK proceed to the window' reply. The service seems slow. I justwanted some onion rings for a snack. They seemed a very small. But they were hot and crispy. Not the best BK I've been to, butit is close to places I go so I eat here fairly regularly. Read more
