Amelia is amazing. She runs this solo most days and keeps up while delivering fantastic tasting food. Today I had her BBQ ribs... (she has timed specials so call ahead!) and omg as a Texan I have been looking for solid BBQ since I moved here in January. Sogood! She's just so awesome and deserves all the praise.
