This is the worst chick fil a in the USA. Placed an order, waited 30 minutes. Come to find out they forgot about my order or... gave it to someone else they were not sure. I couldn?t tell if she said her name was Christy or Christine. I called her to let her know I placed a mobile order for... breakfast but it was 10:26 and she informed me to check in as if I was at the restaurant. Just tried Chick-fil-A at Mall of Georgia for lunch. That was a mistake. $10 for a grilled chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich... was mostly lettuce and bun, with a really small piece of chicken in it, soft waffle fries, no napkins. I went back andcomplained, got some free nuggets so it feels like had something like a meal. Threw away most of the fries. The manager wasrobotically friendly but I got the feeling it would be the same if I ever came back (unlikely). Read more
