Se we walked in and no one was there to greet us had to speak up to get the staffs attention from the back. All the counters... were not clean it was expensive and not that good I could have gone to Kroger and got better ice cream. I will not be returningto the establishment also looked at the grade and it was a B. The staff needs to be trained to keep the counters clean. Read more
To sum up my experience and every review in a quick review. The ice cream is pretty good and is around 4/5 stars in taste. The... workers there, however, are a 1/5 stars at best. They practically don't know you exist and will straight up lie about not havingstuff in stock to avoid having extra work. overall I think this place deserves a 4.2 for taste but its run by a bunch of teenswho don't care so what can you do. Drove 20mins! Stood in line for 10 mins just to be told they were out of dairy free ice cream! Not even the sherbet how!? There... all kids working back there playing and splashing ice cream around very unsanitary. Read more
Ice cream is just ok? really not worth the price. Martin was totally unwilling to yield even a bit to give good customer service... to a 6yr old who didn?t care for the strong flavor of his original order. A small scoop of vanilla would have made a happy kidand instead we got Martin. We won?t go back. Read more
