I come to this place regularly and unfortunately this time around I was served twice a bad drink. First I turn back after... ordering a large Taro Slush with 30% sugar. It was cloying? so I turn back because it was unbearable. Asked them if they hadpayed attention to the tag stating 30% of sugar to be used and they tell me Taro is naturally sweet so I should get 0% and guesswhat? I said no problem! Give it to me just the way you recommend. She says I will be giving you a regular size because you?vealready tried this one we messed up on and I said no problem to that too. I was being respectful and nice I didn?t mind at all!I didn?t want to cause an inconvenience. They give me the second drink and lord I have a headache now from how sweet this 0%sugar drink was? I couldn?t believe it honestly. Read more

We went to this place on 09/03/2022 for a dessert after a filling meal at Iron Age. Upon entering, the establishment seemed to... be very clean and neat. With so many options, it took us a while to figure out what we would have. We settled on a mango slushywith grape bubbles or whatever you call it. It was really sweet for us as we don?t eat much sugar, but what would one expectordering a mango slushy with grape bubbles? There are many options to choose from and we will say that the customer service wassuperb at this location! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being the simple guy to amuse that I am, I really wasimpressed by the machine used to seal each drink. We would highly recommend this location for a sweet treat and a friendlystaff! Read more

Workers were hard at work when it was busy in this location! Prices are a little bit much depending on what you get, but it is... worth it to pay a little more for different options. Workers were accommodating! Lots of seating & it was very clean. I enjoyedthe atmosphere. I really liked that there is an option to use self service kiosk to order! Read more

Cute little spot but Overpriced for what it is. Drink was too sweet and even though we put no boba - they still add it. They is... a self serve kiosk to order to place your own order - so we had literally zero acknowledgment from staff . They acceptcontactless payments and have a public restroom. The planter by the front door was leaking and is a slip hazard. $20 for 3drinks. I would not recommend nor be back. Read more

I love the food?but the winter melon tea tastes like water. Not sure if someone messed up. I wish I was at the store so I could... ask for the exchange or something. Edit (after the owner?s response): my husband didn?t recall if anyone mentioned that, but Istill appreciate the explanation in the comment. I thought the sugar level just meant sweetness itself, didn?t know it wouldaffect the flavor. The cashier (there was a trainee sticker on her hat) did ask my husband if the winter melon tea neededanything else like milk or toppings in it, so he called me to confirm, but he didn?t recall if anything else was mentioned. Idon?t think it?s the cashier?s fault though. While I appreciate your response, your comment doesn?t sound too kind to thecustomer. Next time, I?ll definitely try 100% sweetness on winter melon tea?
