It’s not often I give a great review to a competitor. I don’t know any of your employees personally and my opinion regarding... chain restaurants is incredibly biased. I live in Indiana and I’m here on business. I’m a managing partner for anothercasual dining chain and I would be remiss if I didn’t recognize what a great experience I had at this Olive Garden. Servicewas attentive and the food came out fast, hot, and delicious. My bartender Leah was awesome, but I was really impressed with themanager Sarah. Her positive, friendly attitude was obviously contagious. I didn’t see one team member who wasn’t smilingduring my entire visit. This was not a coincidence and is definitely testament to her leadership capabilities. Don’t think forone second that people don’t notice this, as it can be challenging to remain emotionally consistent these days. Great job tothe entire team! Read more
This location needs better management and need to pay better attention to guest. We arrived and the host was friendly and we... waited approximately 5 min to be seated while another party of the same size told us they hadn’t been seated and they had beenwaiting 20 min which was not fair to them. Then we were seated and our server was not attentive at all. We waited 15 min for thecheck after asking for it and every time we looked for our server he was was chatting with the host, this happened 5 times.We’ve had better experiences here and the workers need some real improvement.
