Had a terrible experience on 7/17/2022 My family of 5 and I attempting to eat here, when we arrived no one was standing at the... hostess desk. There was a sign that stated for us to locate a host (excuse me) first red flag. So we literally walk around therestaurant for 5 minutes to find someone to assist all of the employees acted dumbfounded and refused to assist us. They keptpassing the blame back and forth trying to get someone else to help us. At this point I had enough. As we are we're walking outto leave a white couple walked up and was immediately assisted and seated. We will NEVER spend our money at this establishment.We went right across the way to Buffalo Wild Wings and we were immediately seated. And our service was amazing! It was a very busy lunch rush on a Sunday afternoon, but our waiter Deionte was attentive, and got our food & drinks in fast.... Even with the all the tables he made sure to check on us during each passing. We didn't wait on a to-go box or drink. He wentright away & got it for us. Also, FOOS WAS SPOT ON! I order the Guacamole bacon burger without onions and an oreo cookie magic milkshake. No type of lemonade was available. My SO... got the Artic Cod Fish and a long island. My burger came to me with onions on it! The ketchup bottle on the table was empty. Iwas very disappointed with the taste of the guacamole on my burger. It tasted like they used bad avocados. The only thing Ienjoyed was my milkshake and the fries. I should've sent the burger back. My SO said his food and Long Island iced tea was ok.There was someone screaming in the restaurant, you would've thought there was an arcade connected the restaurant or something. Read more

We?re at the Mall of Georgia this week so we dropped in there twice. I would give it a five for the first day as the food was... good,service is good and it was a really enjoyable time. I give it an overall four because we were in there later in the weekand again the food was good service was good and the atmosphere is nice. However I had the fried chicken tender salad asked forno croutons of course it came with croutons and there were more croutons and there was chicken just OK.
