Boo! Steak ?n Shake? 1st thing you see when you walk in is a sign that says order from kiosk for dine in or take out. No staff... to be seen. So, we order and then the kiosk asks us to add a tip?. For what? The only staff in the restaurant are all in thekitchen. We never saw a person. Our name was called, we picked up our food, made our drinks and cleared our own table. That?sworse than fast food and at least fast food doesn?t expect a tip. Here?s your tip: if you want me to do your job, give me adiscount, don?t ask for a tip for yourself. Read more
We ordered 3 milkshakes and two burgers. We sat in drive thru for over twenty minutes. There was no one in front of us so why... the long wait? I brought some heavy eaters up there. Dad couldn?t figure out the CPU. His carrier USS Franking D Roosevelt was wooden and... burned coal. I was the computer tech USS Virginia CGN-38, thought I had it. Press burger get burger, right. Dad had no fry?s -on receipt. We had no shakes- on the receipt. Made my head hurt!
