This is the worst chick fil a I have ever been too. Sandwich was burnt and tasted old
Ordered milkshakes. They were delicious, staff were nice. Coming back soon
Katel Ynn (Katelynn I assume name is) is simply RUDE. As just was short, nasty demeanor, and quick to say your wrong ?MY... PLEASURE? isnt in her. I been to lots of Chick Fil A?s and the reviews for this place is surprising to me. I never had a badexperience at any of their locations BUT this place needs CULTURE TRAINING (or Katel Lynn does). Ok so i love Chic Fil A and i dont hold this company responsible for the store i visited this evening. Worst customer service... ever. Walk in nobody in store but my husband and me . This was his first visit to any ChicFil A. Go to counter no hello orsmiles it was what do wanna drink. My husband asked is the sweet tea good she acted like she didnt hear him and says what youwant to drink. I said to her he asked you if the tea was good. Oh i dont drink tea she said ok thats fine then the other girl atregister what do you wanna eat. No smile very uncomfortable ordering if you dont like people you shouldn't be in customerservice for one . Never have i ever been treated so rudely at any other Chick-fil-A. Should have read reviews before going ithink they need to take the name off the building cause it wasnt a normal chic fil a experience. Read more
