I was excited to see the double bonus Jack was back. I saw the photo and thought, oh I should get that. Sad to say the burger... was really dry and didn?t look anything like the photo. Didn?t have time to complain at the store although the staff at thestore was very friendly during the order process. Update: They contacted me by phone and offered me a replacement combo. Why do I have to ask for condiments that are already supposed to be included. If I order a teriyaki bowl....why do I have to ask... for the sauce? And 1 small curly fry order is $5!!! WtH!?!? This is the second time I have eaten here and the last. Read more
This is by far, the worst Jack in the box in the entire country. 4 out of 5 days, just this week thier system is down and they... can not take any orders. Then the next day, the drive thru is open and they tell me that their boss isn't in with the sausageand eggs yet, so they are VERY limited on any breakfast items... I'm sorry, but I've never run across something like thisbefore. Owner/ manager definitely need to make some changes. Update: It's been weeks. Nothing has changed. Avoid this store forbreakfast. Drive thru service horrible. She didn't even want to take more then 1 order from us then took down the wrong order and had... attitude as we pulled up to pay. Don't recommend coming early for breakfast pick somewhere else Read more

Jack in the Box is a must. I think they have the best variety when it comes to fast food joints. The one in Bullhead City is one... of my favs. The drive thru is always quick and food is always hot ????. Prices are reasonable, what's not to like. Read more
