I went to Philly's best for the first time today. I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak with Mushrooms and onions. The sandwich was... really good. The meat was well seasoned and had good flavors. They wrapped the sandwich in foil, so when I got home thesandwich was still nice and warm. The bread was very soft and absorbed all the juices from the onions and meat. I was here stopping by Burbank and I was craving an Italian sandwhich. It was very delicious. But what stood out to me was the... terrible attitude and customer service from the male who looked miserable, and didn't make eye contact and barely spoke whenasked about what's in the sandwhich. The female with glasses wasn't much better. It felt a little like I was in a differentplace like not in Burbank but more like Simi Valley. Not friendly or welcoming at all. Maybe racist. Hmm not bad but I?ve had better. Not going to promote other business. But if I?m in this area again I?ll probably think about... it. I tried the Phillys Best, nothing to rave about, Meh.
