I don?t enjoy leaving bad reviews, but this was probably the worst chicken Parmesan I have ever had. Where is the spaghetti... sauce? I didn?t enjoy the plain noodles with a pool of tomato water on the bottom. Also, the chicken parmesan was dry with nobreading. It looked and tasted like boiled chicken with a slice of cheese on top and lacked flavor. I tried to get past theaesthetics and eat the food but the flavor and taste was lacking. Read more

Cafeteria style ordering, lots of seating, great pizza, lunchtime sandwich is soooo good, and comehungry. There's a restaurant side & a Deli side. The deli / market side sells everything you need to make Italians meals. Theyalso sell pastries and deli meats to order. ProTips: 1.) Eat in, get a large sandwich (value), and you can't go wrong with theGreek salad as one of your two choices. 2.)Leave work early for lunch. It's a Burbank institution. Great for famies and anyone on a budget. Honestly, it's fine for what it is. Low cost, no frills... food. Portions are large and prices reasonable. But, you get what you pay for. We had lasagna with meat sauce and added ameatball. Sauce was super watery and nothing was particularly special about the taste of the food. Just basic fare - good butnothing special. With many options to choose, it can be a little overwhelming. Service is friendly but a little rushed at thecounter. Beer and wine (cheap boxed) available. We love this place. Every time we go to LA (we live in AZ) we make sure we make time to eat here. The food is amazing, the... prices are great, especially for the area. There's always plenty of free parking, the staff is friendly, food is fresh,bathrooms spotless, it's clean and quiet, dim lighting which is great on a sunny day, comfortable seating and the best thing ofall is it feels like walking into a time capsule, it doesn't look like there have been any major updates in a long time which isfantastic. Everything appears that it has been well take care of preserved. We love that feeling we get when going in there. Itdoes not have that busy, over the top California vibe to it. This is easily in my top 3 places I've ever eaten anywhere in thecountry. PLEASE never do any big updates in there, we need more places like this. Read more
