This is place is horrible! on November 9th 2022 at approximately 9:45am when I ordered a Grande HOT Decaf Americano with oat... milk. I was handed a drink with the lid not securely on and leaking because the drive thru attendant was going too fast. I askedher to fix it and put in on correctly and she said it will be ok and put a venti cup around it to ?help with the leaking.? As Iwas trying to fasten the lid on the cup, the cup burst HOT coffee spilled everywhere in my lap and my new car. I furiously cameinto the store and demanded to speak to a manager and asked for it to be made correctly. The assistant manager, Carly, came upand said that she would void the transaction but told me to stop yelling after I had just had HOT COFFEE spilled all over me.She didn?t say it nicely either it was very dismissive of my pain and not caring about the customer. Other employees were moreattentive and understanding of my situation and provided me with a towel to wipe myself down and try to dry my car but the carwas completely stained of coffee. I put on instore order and waiting... for around 30 minutes...after that I spoke with person who took my order...then he asked his kitchen service to work on myorder.... they took my order 30 min before and asked them to work on when I asked them about the status.... This Burbank Starbucks is a stand alone at the edge of a shopping center occupying a corner of the Warner Bros lot. It looks... like a converted Fast food location but it also might have been built for the location. It has a drive through that was packedat 9 am on a Sunday. Read more

The absolute worst experience. I live nearby and love to frequent this location, I went on my birthday today and the people... working the register were very pleasant. The girl making the drinks with the glasses- I believe her name was Erin was so rude. Iwent to check on my drink after 20 minutes of waiting and after my friend had gotten hers 10 minutes beforehand, I simply wantedto know the status of my drink and she completely dismissed me barely even responding to me. I went to the register to checkagain and they had to ask her on my behalf to get any sort of answer. They know still needed a moment. After another 10 minutesmy friend went up on my behalf and Erin points to the counter. She had apparently made my drink, not called my name and justleft it there because she was upset that I had to ask someone else about the status of my drink. Very immature and not what Iwanted to deal with first thing on my birthday. All I wanted was to know how much longer I had to wait.
