I see why this Starbucks had such bad reviews. I stopped at this Starbucks on the way to a friends house and needed my caffeine... fix. I ordered ahead and waited inside. Luckily my drink came out on time but the workers we?re telling walk in customers thatthe wait is 30-40 mins for coffee which was a lie as they just didnt want to serve them ( mine came out in 10mins and they we?reserving the drive thru fine). There were plenty of employees but many were playing around in the back chatting only a fewemployees were working hard. Sadly those few employees working look overwhelmed and were mixing all the drink orders withothers. If you have a food allergy stay away from this store as theres a high risk of contamination. This place is closed down for remodeling. They don't even bother to say anything on the Google maps. I was very disappointed... about this. Good thing is, there's plenty of alternatives close by !!! Read more
Everytime i come to the store, they always mess up my order. I usually go to the one by my house but I was running late. Not... only was the wait 30 minutes, the girl at the window had a very bad attitude when I asked for a straw, asked to scan my app, andmy order had CHUCKS of strawberry in my matcha drink, making me feel like they didn?t clean their equipment.
