This place is extremely busy- obviously they are serving up good food. I ordered a pozole, 2 chicken tacos and a slice of... cheesecake. This pozole was delicious(it has pig feet, which I’m not a fan of so I didn’t eat them) the 3crunchy potatotacos that come with the pozole were cooked to perfection and even made me feel nostalgic because one of my close friends usedto make these as well when she made pozole and she was only person I ever met that made those. The chicken tacos were for myson- he’s pretty basic. My only complaint is the cheesecake- I’m a cake lover and I was super disappointed with it. It wascompletely dried out and it tasted like it was left in the walk in cooler without being covered for days, I took one bite andtossed it out (y’all can’t be serving disappointment for dessert- you want costumers to have a completely delicious meal)The condiments should be changed a bit as they add chili flakes to them and not everyone is a fan of those- maybe put the chiliflakes inside the disposable sauce container- not mix it with the rest of the condiments.
