We don't have Capt D's where I'm from so I dropped by this location while I was in town for work on 26Oct2022(lunch). You can... tell that the folks working there really cared about the place. They were extremely busy keeping it clean while still managingto go above & beyond for customers. Food was great too! Read more

No napkins, condiments, or eating utensils. Did not receive my desert. This was an $88.00 delivery order. Spoke to the manager... on duty. Received an opology and excuse that they were busy. Not sure if it was the Manager or who it was at the Drive thru yesterday afternoon, but that gentleman is a hoot. It's not... everyday you get someone working fast food who is actually friendly & has a good sense of humor to boot. I would have liked myfish a bit crispier, but other than that, my meal was good. Was in the drive through trying to order your #9 that comes with 2 pieces of fish & 2 pieces of chicken. Wanted to switch one of... the pieces of chicken for a fish, since that?s how I always get it. I guess something changed because I couldn?t get it,apparently the chicken is cooked in 2?s so they didn?t want to give me 3 fishes. Anyway, the 2 ladies at the window talked overme and said they didn?t want to do that even though I was going to pay for it my self, because they didn?t want to get introuble by their manager? even mention something about the chicken being expensive to get? I?m pretty sure the manager wouldappreciate the business more than how they cook 1 piece of chicken/swap it out for fish. Long John Silver here I come!! Read more
