I?m a big fan, but after waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes and still waiting with 3 cars ahead while writing this, next... time I?ll just go to Starbucks or Dunkin. So disappointed. Read more
The drive thru is rough. All the cars were going out of order since we weren?t told which car to follow. I got stuck behind... several people that ordered after me, so then we had to wait for their order to be made while mine got cold. When I asked aboutletting us know which car to follow so the wait wouldn?t be so long at the window, I was told that when the line is long that issometimes how it is, the cars get mixed up. They could have brought out my coffee and I exited the exit line. Overall, I?ll goto other Dutch Bros coffee. The coffee was good. Read more
First time trying dutch. The staff was really friendly and helped me select a drink and dessert. The cashier was talkative while... they prepared my order and was recommending drinks for the next time. There was a line after 5, so if your in the mood for Dutcheither come early or prepare to wait. I recommend the golden eagle freeze. Read more
Today was my firt time through Dutch Bros (Burleson)!! My reviews are never this long however I really enjoyed my first drive... thru visit!! The girl taking my order was really awesome! I asked about something sugarfree options and sure enough she was kindenough to go through them with me and had quite a few options and suggestions for me! The Golden Eagle sounded amazing, so Iordered it with easy ice and whipped cream,it was extremely creamy and tasted really good for a sugarfree! The young guy at thewindow asked about the added whipped cream as it is a dairy product! Not everyone knows Keto! But he actually asked me aboutit! So I totally appreciated the concern for his customer and told him it was totally fine to add it! Some employees couldcareless and just do it! He however took the time to ask! They all had smiles too! Very friendly! While their cold coffee isabit more expensive ,it is a 30oz and the taste for a sugar free coffee was on point! It's not always easy to find sugarfreethat taste as creamy and good as this Golden Eagle did! I will be back because they care and it was very good!! Great job to thestaff today!! Read more

I'm not going to lie, I would have never tried this place if it wasn't for my daughter. Starbucks is my place when I want... coffee. I've tried other coffee places (not by choice) that people SWEAR are much better than Starbucks and it's A-L-W-A-Y-S acomplete waste of their money and my taste buds.
