This is my 3rd time at Grumps. The customer service is amazing. The food reminds me of the burgers and fries my grandma used to... make. They will even make a burger in a bowl for those on keto. I highly recommend it. Read more
We called in our order for curbside pickup and our food was ready when I walked in (along with LOTS of ketchup as we requested)!... PSA: you?re supposed to pull into a pickup spot and text the number on the sign? don?t call them like we tried to???????????Everybody was super nice and friendly and the food was great! I had the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger (with very good BBQ sauce) andMom always gets the Mushroom and Swiss Burger! They?re not the cheapest burgers but they?re pretty large and perfectly cooked!We usually split an order of onion rings which are well breaded and perfectly crispy! Wow!!! Great job y'all! First time here. We are from Houston and are here in town for a little vacation. You don't get... hospitality anywhere like you do at this place. Friendly staff, great food, great price, and the manager came and checked on usa couple times. The manager even bought ice cream for our five year old after dinner. Staff came by multiple times to cleartrash from the table and refill our drinks even though it's self serve. Would highly recommend. Very impressed! Very refreshingto see people happy and enjoying their job! Outstanding customer service. That's very hard to find nowadays. Read more
