We went to Lost Oak for the first time to see a band. The venue is beautiful. 50+ acres of vineyards, woods, creek, a wedding... venue and the tasting room and surrounding sitting areas. They sell wine and have a limited menu of charcuterie and sandwiches.Prices are very reasonable. I only tried the Cabernet and a red blend. Both were good, and I got a bottle of cab for $34. Youcan bring food in but no other alcohol. We brought chairs and sat on the lawn, but there was plenty of seating, inside, underthe patio and on the lawn. Large trees and twinkle lights made the outdoor area just beautiful. We will definitely return. This would be a great outing for a group of friends, a family (there were kids and dogs!) or just a couple for date night likeus. Read more
Absolutely loved our tour with Zack. He was so eloquent in teaching us all about Lost Oak, it?s vineyard and process. Our group... even got to hear from Angela one of the wine makers and see how truly passionately she is about her art. (Also I Love Norman)???? Truly a fun experience and enjoyed each part of the tour. Wonderful experience for my birthday for sure. I will definitelybe coming back. Read more
Lovely venue with a nice variety and friendly service. The muscat was not as sweet as I would have hoped for, but it was nice... and smooth. The outside environment is very accommodating for different entertainment and relaxing options. I see why it's afavorite to a family member. Read more
A friend of mine suggested we meet somewhere new that neither of us had visited before. We live in different cities, so we try... to find a halfway point to meet up and visit with each other. I'm so glad she found Lost Oak Winery! We both had a flight (shetried the dry whites, and I tried the dry reds). Jessica was our lovely host for the tastings. We bought a bottle of the Estes,which seemed perfect for a spring day, a charcuterie tray, and a couple of wine glasses (no, you don't have to buy the glasses,we just wanted to). We headed outside to a table down by the water. Everything was perfect! We enjoyed sitting under the shadetrees, drinking wine, enjoying some tasty food, and catching up with each other.
