Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Trina on her way to work. Her ability to yell and demean my coworkers and I because... she had ?places to be? and we were ?too slow? was just outstanding. Screaming at me in the lobby and upsetting other customerswas truly the highlight. You would think that a fellow customer service worker would know how to treat another, butunfortunately not everyone is that bright.
