I dined in on Sept 14 with 3 other people. My plate was dirty and the second plate I received had to be sent back. We ordered a... bottle of white wine which the waiter poured for us, but I found a dead fly floating in my glass of wine. No one apologized whenI asked for new tableware and no one did anything about the wine that was wasted. I ordered the select cut prime rib (mediumrare) with roasted garlic mashed potato and half creamed spinach and half creamed corn. We were served a salad which tastedokay, but it was visually not appealing to the eye. Our food arrived after we waited over 45 minutes. Instead of having halfspinach and half corn I only received the spinach. My cut of meat was too chewy and the spinach was too thick as if someoneadded an excessive amount of flour to thicken it. After, the waiter served us English baked Popover which was underbaked. When we asked for the bill our server forgot about us for over 15 minutes. We paid over $70 per person and the onlything I liked was the bread and butter that was served in the beginning of our meal. Iv been sick for 2 days and I wish tonever eat here again. Read more

Wandering around downtown Burlingame and happened upon Broadway prime rib. After reading reviews I decided to give it a try. I... was not disappointed. First service, who I presume was the owner , he was friendly and attentive which contributed to why theplace was so busy. The bread was brought to my table fairly quickly follow shortly after the salad. The salad was fresh andcrisp and the dressing was amazing. Not too long after my main course was served. It was a nice piece of salmon along with creamspinach and garlic mashed potatoes. The only criticism I have is the salmon was just slightly overcooked. I thought that their prime rib was good. I ordered the select cut (their regular sized cut) and it was a good portion. It came... with a salad, two sides and a pop over. Their drinks were mainly wines. We waited a little bit to get our orders taken, but theygave us a free bottle of Merlot for that. Great prime rib! You get salad and choice of two sides, which are typical for a prime rib house (cream spinach, cream corn,... mashed potatoes, baked potato). Also the bread pudding thing is included. If you eat the whole Broadway cut you can get a secondhelping, it's a smaller slice but it's still awesome, I also got another small helping of cream corn. Will obviously come backat some point but there's so many different prime rib houses to try. Also friendly and responsive staff loved it! Read more
