This is by far my favorite taqueria on SF Peninsula. The ingredients are always fresh, meals are well seasoned and authentic.... The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is due to food prep consistency. Ordered chicken dinner plate, chicken nachos and Alfajores. Chicken was raw, beans and rice were cold. Nachos were were 50%... lettuce and beans. Didn't have much chicken at all.
