My husband and I walked up to the desk to be seated, two girls were standing there and never acknowledged us. After about 3... minutes I finally asked if we could be seated as I have multiple sclerosis and cannot stand for very long. Their response was,“we are trying to find a table”, there we plenty open. Having them be the first contact and act like that, they would havebeen fired in my field. Read more
