My family has been here before and we have never had a problem until tonight. I want to start off by saying I 100% understand... that places are understaffed and/or training new folks. Everyone has to learn somewhere. The employee waiting on us was verynice though clearly new and made multiple errors. No big deal. He tried very hard to quickly fix them and was very polite.Actually the politest one there. The issue I have is he seemed to be getting absolutely no support from anyone else there. Oneother person was just standing microwaving something with no other customers around us. Then the ice cream was extremely soft.I asked about it and all I got was ?I don?t know? and no follow-up. I understand it needs to be soft to do the mix ins but itwas basically soup by the time I sat to eat it. I actually didn?t eat bc it was too melted and spilling out of my waffle cup soI tossed it out. My husband tried to eat his but his was very melty as well. Long line, I think they were a bit short staffed when I first arrived. The dtaff was friendly and nice. I tried different... flavors and liked everything. My toppings were perfectly mixed and was yummy. Overall great and I?ll be going again! Read more
Did an online pickup order for 5 people. Got home and found out that one order was a small and we paid for a medium. They do not... pickup the phone, there is no complaint button online to tell them that they messed up our order, so no way to fix this nor toget a refund or credit for their messup. Read more

One night last week we were across the shopping plaza picking up cards and we decided to satisfy our sweet tooth (mind you we... hadn't had dinner yet so this was going to be an appetizer). Yes yes I know you'll ruin your appetite with ice cream first, butwe each ordered the "Like It" size, aka the small cup. I think I ordered "The Way the Cookie Crumbles" and my fiancé hadordered something else but had sweet cream ice cream and the cookie dough ice cream.
