This place has to be one of the worth place when it comes to customer service. This was my first and last time of my family and... I eating there. The restaurant owner or whoever he was really need to learn how to greet people and treat customers withrespect. He has a bad attitude and rushing my family to eat. The food item was small and over price. If there was a half starrating I would have given it. Never again..... Read more

I travel down to mass every few months to go to H-mart. During my travels, my husband and I always stop here to eat. The food... is always good and the staff/ owner are very nice. I have not done their BBQ, but their regular menu is delicious. I alsogreatly appreciate how patient they are with me speaking Korean (I?m not very good at speaking, but have been learning). Thankyou very much! We will be back during our next visit. Read more

I would not say the food is bad...it is not bad. But the serving size for lunch especial is just beyond small. The amount of... food is probably not even enough to feed a 6 year old kid. I have not tried their dinner, but the lunch serving size is way toosmall. I know there is food inflation...but please I'd rather you raise the price than having a meal then have to go somewhereelse to have my fill... Read more

Food was just normal, not bad, however a bit overpriced for the portion/quality served (given the inflation), but the service,... however, was the worst part of the meal. The waitress refused to remove dirty plates, and told my wife "just leave it there". Half way through the meal, there were many empty/soiled plates, I asked her nicely to remove them, she refused again. I had totell her that there is no room on the table and they make us uncomfortable enjoying the meal, especially with kids. She thenremoved a few plates, and disappeared. She later was spotted eating her lunch in the corner (photo). Such a calculatedindividual, she intentionally tried to stack all soiled plates on the table just to have the buser clean them at the end, whileshe kept saying "enjoy" multiple times before she disappeared to lunch. Now, they close 2 hours in between, plenty of time tolunch and nap, no? We'll never come back here. Read more

Mom and pop Korean restaurant hide out in the suburb of Boston, Woburn. If not for friends live nearby, I would have continue to... miss this gem. Unnoticeable from the outside, as one walks in, one can immediately feel the authenticity of the restaurant fromthe smell, simple decor and family staff. Very busy on a Saturday night, recommend making a reservation ahead of time. Orderedfour meat dishes, two soups, one bibimbop and a cold noodle soup for five people to share. Short rib and bulgugi were marinatedown to the bone, very tender just after just 30 seconds on the grill. The grill has a layer of charcoal to add some flavor tothe meat, a unique feature from this restaurant. The Sul long tang soup was also a highlight from the restaurant. The soupitself was bland so they will give you salt and green onion to add in, refreshing taste from the soup and the beef in the soupliterally melts in one?s mouth. A must order. Other dishes were also better than other K-restaurants in town. Mom and popservice was very warm despite being very busy. Definitely a must visit!!! Read more
